Rita Leistner is one of Canada’s foremost photojournalists, whose work has been exhibited worldwide and published in magazines such as Time, Newsweek, Vanity Fair Italy, Rolling Stone, and The Walrus.

Co-author of Unembedded: Four Independent Photojournalists on the War in Iraq, Rita also lectures widely and will be teaching in the fall at The University of Toronto. She is represented by the Redux Pictures photo agency in New York.
